C.T. Brayton and Sons, Inc. is a general contracting and construction management firm, family-owned since 1946. We take great pride in the quality of our work and the integrity of our people. At C.T. Our business philosophy is conservative, based on our management goals of providing a quality product at a competitive price.

In our years of project experience, we have learned that managing the Pre-construction/Construction phases and the Design/Build process allows us ultimate control over the quality and timeliness of the finished product. It is imperative that we are able to perform value engineering studies, establish relationships with local governmental entities, set up a communication route for access to the community, and assign roles, timelines and responsibility from the start of the project. Years of building for the Foster Farms family of businesses and plants have placed us in a coveted position. We enter every project at the visioning stage. The Fosters know that the process we use to ensure quality work demands that we work with the owner and designers from the beginning, and they include us as a part of the design team.

As does Sutter Health. For nine years, they have relied on us for our exceptional flexibility and accountability on a variety of time-sensitive projects. We completed their Spanos Court medical office building, built a parking garage and heliport, constructed their state-of-the-art Family Birthing Center, and are completed a second parking garage. We have also constructed a new medical office building, the "Briggsmore Specialty Center" in Modesto, and completed a new medical office building and imaging center in Stockton. This new building is one of many planned facilities for the site and is of strategic importance, as it signifies Sutter's emergence into Stockton's healthcare market.
