Brayton & Sons, Inc. addresses the technology and design aspects of a project by working with designers during pre-construction, offering a builder’s perspective on feasibility and value engineering.  We work with the designers and tenants to develop constructible designs intended to preserve an overall feeling of light and airiness which can easily be lost in the interior of a healthcare facility.  The interior aesthetic is carefully handled to create a uniform appearance throughout a facility. 

Of equal importance, facility usability during construction remains a major priority for all members of our team.  While working in functioning hospitals and medical office buildings, great care is taken to keep the areas clean and free of excess construction debris, dirt and noise.  We work with owners to locate our construction staging area a considerable distance from the building site itself and stage work to minimize disruptions to services, maintaining the perception of normalcy for patients and doctors.
